I ordered a pair of tires to replace the worn ones for a vacation trip.
They were balanced correctly at the tire shop, and I bought new wheels.
But unfortunately, one was deformed, and I only noticed it at high speeds, and not right away. My family has four cars, and this was the first time I'd encountered such a problem with a new tire. I reported the defect, and they accepted. But it turns out you need to make an appointment to have the tire shop inspected for defects. I wasted three hours, and the process took five minutes. I offered to keep the tire until the claim was resolved, and they said I could go ahead and do it. Half an hour later, they called back: come and remove the tire for shipping to Moscow...
But there was road construction right next to the road, so I had to come back the next day. More time wasted and I had to be told to make an appointment for tire shop.
The polite manager in Moscow informed me that they wouldn't have time to resolve the claim before my vacation. I was ready to buy the tire for cash before settling the claim, but they didn't have one in St. Petersburg. It's over two weeks from Moscow, which is too late for me. I'll have to buy the tire elsewhere.
PS: I'll update my rating later, up or down, based on the results.
I'll let you know in the comments!

the best selection, the best prices!

Fast. Convenient. Wide selection. Reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the GPS led me to a backyard, so there's no way to get to the tire shop, and lugging tires 100 meters is a real pain.

This is my second time buying tires here. They have good tire service, reasonable prices, and accept card payments. The location is a bit inconvenient. I recommend them.

Despite its not expensive price, Cordiant Comfort 2 is a very good rubber, certainly the best for its money. I have a Skoda Fabia and Cordiant I really liked during operation, by the way I bought it in the spring.

Conditions are steeper than those of competitors. This applies to speed and price. I have been using it for the second year with pleasure. The tires are new, they are delivered quickly.

The most disgusting tire shop in the Krasnodar region. Complete divorce, I do not recommend it. I made an order for tires with payment, as a result I did not receive anything, to which I was told that the price had increased and if you want to get more expensive! Scammers!

I ordered it, and everything arrived on time. The manager didn't call back to confirm the order; I tracked everything on the website. When you buy 4 wheels and 4 tires, wheel assembly is 40% off, not free. At the time of purchase, July 5, 2021, my tire fitting appointment was only scheduled for 9am, even though only one of the two bays was open. They quickly picked everything up at the warehouse, according to the invoice, except for a mix of 20 and 21 model year wheels, but I consider this a minor issue and it won't affect their quality.
Overall: I'm satisfied. I was disappointed that I couldn't immediately change the tires. Perhaps, if I had discussed this with the manager earlier, I could have combined the purchase and the tire change, even though I specified this in the order. I wouldn't recommend this for those accustomed to full service and comfort. In reality, I bought tires and wheels as if they were from a store, and I still took them to the tire shop.

Great, everything's perfect, I'm not overpaid. Today I ordered a set of tires plus tire fitting, and I got a 40% discount. The fitting cost was 980 rubles. Is that a lot!? I bought the tires for about a grand less than those warehouses that claim to have the cheapest prices! And then I called, made an appointment, and reserved the tires without any upfront payment! Everything is great, and God willing, the tires will be just as good!
