Fast, friendly service.

We ordered a set of tires... They delivered one tire from 2020, two from 2019, and one -!!! from 2018!
Three years old!! All four wheels were different.
The employees tried to convince us that this was normal.
We ended up with studded tires, as we weren't ready to buy old, unsaleable tires, so we refused. Luckily, we got a quick refund.
Check the tire manufacture date. Their shelf life, according to GOST, is 5 years. After that, the rubber loses elasticity and "glasses over."

Getting there is difficult now, with constant traffic jams on the Tallinn Highway due to ongoing construction. The store itself is good, and the order was delivered quickly.

Everything was great!
The order arrived quickly!
Shipped quickly, thank you.

The sales area is clean, but everything is incredibly slow, from the delivery of wheels from the central warehouse to the store. You have to wait several days. Payment is also slow; they call you through a screen. It seems like your name lights up, you go to the checkout, and they tell you it's not ready yet. Plus, you can't schedule a tire service until the wheels arrive at the pickup location.

They delivered my tires fairly quickly, even though no one else had that model. The store is quite large, and there's a tire shop on site.

Fast, sincere, thank you, and high quality.

The staff was polite, and tire fitting was included in the price of the tires as part of a special offer. They changed my car from winter to summer tires quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this shop; I really liked it.

I really liked the website and the selection of products to choose from. I ordered tires that weren't available anywhere else. They promised delivery in 10 days, but they arrived in a week. There was a special offer for free tire installation. We called and arranged an installation time—it was quick, easy, and reliable. I arrived, they did everything—they took a signature, and not a penny more. I'll be using them again.

Despite the excellent selection, delays of three days to a week are common. The order pickup process is terrible. There's no parking near the warehouse, or rather, there is, but only for two cars. Getting to the warehouse is difficult.

Everything was delivered to the store on time, plus free tire fitting. I was very pleased with the mechanic who changed my tires. I haven't seen such a responsible and high-quality approach to work in a long time. Definitely a big thumbs up to him.
