Excellent prompt order processing. The assortment is large, the prices are super. The required summer tires were in stock. Very satisfied!

I ordered tires on the 3rd, and on the 4th I received a text saying I could pick them up. I'm happy with the price; it's the best option I could find. I got my tires changed there without any hassle or problems. Maybe I was just lucky, I don't know, but I'm happy. The guys at the tire shop did a great job, they did a good job quickly and efficiently. The only downside is they could give me free tire bags; I ended up buying tires from them, and I got them changed.

I have no questions about purchasing tires, nor any complaints about the employees at the store (in Noginsk). I have questions about scheduling a tire service appointment. I was given an extension number to schedule a tire service appointment, but I can't get through; no one answers. I called the main number and asked to be transferred to Noginsk, and they said, "We'll try now..." Music plays and the call keeps cutting out... Twice in a row with the same employee. A complete disaster!

Update regarding the review: They contacted me almost immediately after my review and resolved everything. I'm very pleased that they responded to my complaint so quickly, and with such high quality service!

I came here to buy a tire, no tire fitting. Everything was quick and courteous. They sold me one tire; other places don't sell less than two. I recommend it.

I called and ordered tires. They called back the next day and said to come pick them up tomorrow. I arrived, paid, and they offered tire fitting, which I accepted. They gave me a 40% discount on tire changes, there was no line, everything was great and fast.

Everything is good: the location, the opening hours, and they have tire service. The downside, in my opinion, is that the service isn't very fast; you have to wait for a receipt, some kind of confirmation, or a spot at the tire shop. Overall, a solid 4.
