This was my third time here. As always, the service was quick. The line for tire service was two sets of tires or two cars. I'd come on a weekday before, and there was no line at all.

Great location. From work 10 minutes by car. There is a shank. There are tires available. Everything was done quickly

This whole story about storing tires in proper conditions is pure advertising nonsense.
They're stored on top of each other in containers at sub-zero temperatures, and no one monitors the humidity, temperature, or proper wheel suspension.

The service isn't great. They printed out two forms: one to give when you pick up the tires, the other at the tire shop. I give them to the shop, but they don't take them. "Wait," they say.

They took the tires out and put them next to the tire shop. Do I have to sit there and guard them? And at the shop, they say, "These are my tires, I'm guarding them at the entrance." ?
I think transferring tires within a single company isn't the customer's responsibility at all.

Drive in, drive back out, drive in, drive out, drive to another spot. Three out of four spots are empty. ????
But it needs to be somewhere else, because when I stopped by, it turned out I'd stopped by the wrong place ?
Wait, they'll be there soon. ? 5 minutes... 10 minutes... I wonder how long I'll have to wait and who I'm waiting for?

No, I'm not a mean bitch, I just have time to write a review :)

Here, two men nearby are complaining that the workers are sluggish.
Maybe the workers are overworked? Why torment people like that.

The mechanic removed and installed the wheels quickly, in 25-30 minutes. He put the wheels in bags and put them in the machine. No complaints about the mechanic.

The Khimki branch had an excellent location with excellent, comfortable service. Everyone worked smoothly and quickly, with minimal supervision and dozens of questions from the customer.

It's a shame they closed it and took the tires to Ogorodny. I didn't like it here from the very first minute.
