We quickly and efficiently resolved the winter tire issue. We initially bought three tires, and a fourth was impossible to find, not just in St. Petersburg, but in the entire country. And then, miraculously, a letter arrived overnight from Mosavtoshina saying we'd found a fourth tire for you. I love you!!! ???
