I found tires at the best price, they confirmed availability, and arranged for courier delivery so I wouldn't have to travel there myself. They didn't keep me waiting long.

They refused to sell me just one wheel, citing that they wouldn't split the set. They offered to order it the next day. When I said I was just passing through and needed one right now, they said, "I'm blaming your politics." Go ahead and keep politicizing. I don't recommend this store.

Order number 1696158. They called and said the tires had arrived at their pickup location and scheduled a free tire fitting appointment for November 7, 2021. When I arrived at the appointed time, after waiting for half an hour, they told me they had some kind of mismatch and were out of stock. They offered to wait 12 days for them to be delivered from St. Petersburg. I declined this option because the timeframe wasn't right.
I strongly advise against dealing with this company; there are other places that won't screw you over like that.

I absolutely do not recommend it.
I ordered tires.
Before the trip, I asked the manager when I could pick up the order.
They said Sunday was a workday.
I arrived on my birthday from the other side of the region.
Starting at 10 am.
Google and Yandex confirmed the opening hours.
But everything there was closed.
The tire shelf life is 5 days.
I'll probably order somewhere else.
Someone who doesn't cheat customers and works on Sundays.

I went to the tire shop, received a letter in the mail, and was told the tires would be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. The staff's attitude toward the situation was disgusting.

The website says that the tires are in stock, but after no one called me back from the store, I decided to call myself. As it turned out, there were no tires and the order was processed within 3 days, and only after that would they deign to contact me) The service was excellent.

Good selection, friendly manager.
The tire service is a bit disappointing; they're tired.

Prices and selection of tires

Huge assortment. And quick customer service.

The tires are brand new, delivery from the store is fast, and payment is easy, right on the website. I received the set by courier; I didn't have to go to the store.

It's not the cheapest online store, but the website has up-to-date information on availability and prices. And if you choose Japanese tires here, they'll say "made in Japan" instead of the mythical "designed." Orders are processed promptly, and you can track your progress in your personal account. One downside is that the tire shop only has two garages, so getting in during the busy tire-changing season can be difficult.

The tire set was delivered quickly (or rather, it was in stock). The price upon payment matched the one listed on the website.

I ordered tires and was pleased with them. Order, delivery, and new tires. They resolve issues on the spot.

Good evening. I want to praise the company, delivered the order very quickly. I also plan to change shoes with them. The price is super!

We bought tires and had them installed there! The prices are really reasonable compared to other shops. The tire service is excellent: fast, efficient, and they have heated garages instead of the street. I really liked it, thank you! I highly recommend it!
