We got through. We made an appointment with a girl named Elena, who said they had one tire, and that was what we needed. They kept nagging us for six days, and that was it. Now they've written that there's no tire. They're just chatterboxes.

I waited two weeks for tires! They delivered two 2026 tires and two 2024 tires (old, rusty, wooden ones), and I don't know where they were stored. Not a serious issue for a good company.
I hope this isn't the company trying to sell low-quality products, but simply an error by the staff (who don't seem to care about what they do).

I would like to thank receptionist Anastasia for her expert advice.

In August, I ordered a set of wheels online. I waited for a response, but received no response. A week later, I called back, they sent me an invoice, and I paid. I picked it up from Delovaya Liniya in early September. When I inspected the wheels visually, everything was fine, the wheels were undamaged, and the packaging markings were correct. When installing it on the car, it turned out that 2 of the 4 wheels arrived with the wrong bolt pattern, or maybe they were just defective, I don’t know. The most interesting thing began later, I called Mosavtoshina at the number listed on the website, voiced the problem, to which the operator immediately answered that it was my fault that needed to be checked, but how if everything was fine visually and by the markings is not clear ... She redirected me to the manager who handled the order, but it is impossible to reach him, the additional number does not work .. I had to write an email, she answered on the 3rd day, said that this is not her area of ????responsibility and redirected to the claims department, the guys there are also very unhurried and unreliable, apparently, in the end, I sent 2 wheels back, as they said and that's it, complete silence, 2 weeks have passed .. and a month from the moment the wheels were shipped to me .. I call them, they answer in a formulaic way, if you start asking uncomfortable questions, they just hang up or redirect to the same claims department, They don't answer the phone or reply to emails. I needed to go on a business trip by car, and it was parked without wheels. Thanks, Mosavtoshina, I saved on gas. Basically, no one cares, you paid the money and you're no longer interesting.
