I ordered tires on August 28, 2021, paid, and found out they were in Yekaterinburg. They said delivery would take 7-12 days. Today is the 13th day, based on the order date. While I was waiting, the tires got cheaper. Other than the manager not knowing where the delivery truck was (somewhere en route, just outside Moscow), there was no way to get any information. They're such a large company, but their customer service is nonexistent. The delivery is ridiculous... Bottom line: it's best not to pre-order with this service.

Took very good tires for the winter, Dunlop SP Winter. According to the owners' reviews, it is very good, reasonably affordable at a price. In general, my choice fell on her. I took the delivery kit. Winter will come, we'll see, but since I've read a lot about it, there shouldn't be any surprises. For the price, fast delivery to the store, an unambiguously high score.

I ordered tires, the price is 5960 rubles in the warehouse, full pieces are shown. !!! After 15 minutes, the price is 6550 rubles and the manager, processing the order for a very long time, replied that there are no tires in stock and it was a sale! The next day I order at a new price and everything is fine! Everything is there! Weird. So do not strongly hope that you will snatch with a skid! Order number 1621765.

Everything was fast and efficient. Maybe it was just that there weren't many people there. The tire service was above average in price. I can't comment on the quality of the tire service, as it's too early to change tires.

I bought tires from them in Moscow, then ordered tires with delivery to Rostov-on-Don. They delivered everything. The store did a good job, just as well as the Moscow store, and the service was excellent. I was pleased that you could order just one tire; some stores only sell a set or a pair. They delivered quickly, and the prices were more or less reasonable.

Today I bought winter tires and wheels as well. The staff was very responsive and attentive, and it was a pleasure to talk to them.

Everything is fine, the only downside is that it's not high enough to fit if you have a canopy or awning for a vehicle up to 3.5 tons, but otherwise, we quickly changed the tires.
