I ordered oil. It arrived fairly quickly, and the prices were reasonable. However, the managers were slow; they didn't call me back until the next day.

Prices are below average, service is fast and high-quality, but I gave them a four for the less than friendly attitude when placing the actual paper order.

Lightning-fast tire service!
They change all your tires AT ONCE?, not one at a time, but ALL AT ONCE! The prices for products and services are EXCELLENT!
GREAT COMPANY!!!

I come here once every six months for a seasonal tire change - and every time they never cease to amaze me with their chaos and general slackness in the work) You have to explain everything to the operators several times, requests are ignored, everything needs to be clarified several times... in short, general anarchy and indifference... but perhaps this is the company's gimmick, since the management doesn't care and nothing changes... For services - prices are above average

Great store!!! Great prices

I bought two sets of tires at Mosavtoshina, changed the tires, and then stored the tires. If I could rate them separately, I'd give them a 5 for the store and a 4 for the tire service (they're fast and efficient, but a minus for the lines and the awkward opening hours). But for the storage, I'd give them a solid 2. Let me explain.
I stored my tires and rims for 6 months. I had a 50% discount (on the tire purchase), so the price was quite reasonable (around 2,000 rubles). The day before yesterday, I decided to pick up the tires and change them. I went to the tire service first to see what the situation was like. They said they were by appointment only, and appointments weren't available for another two days. Okay, so I went in to see how much the storage would cost. They quoted me 5,100 rubles for the complete wheels (R16). Not so bad. I decided to compare prices with other places and come back the next day. I easily found a place near my house that stores tires worth 3,000 rubles in good conditions for 8 months (instead of 6). I decided to leave them there and just pick up the wheels from Mosavtoshina.

I went to pick them up yesterday. The process itself took over an hour! I spent most of that time just standing outside the warehouse, waiting. The real kicker was that I'd dropped off the tires in clean covers (no one asked me to remove them or anything like that when I dropped them off), but instead received them in grimy rags, wrapped with tape (my tire covers ended up being the ones I received).

You'd think that for 5,000 rubles, tires should be kept on the couch, wiped down with silicone every other day, and taken out at the first whistle. In short, the price/quality ratio for storage is 2/2. Everything else is fine.

Tire sales and fitting. Very convenient, and the prices are very competitive. I bought new summer tires and was very pleased.

They always have a wide selection of models and sizes. I've already bought tires for two cars here (both summer and winter). In any case, the prices are better than the competition, and they deliver on time.
