It's a shame it can't be delivered -
Terrible customer service! They reschedule the order, but they notify me about it the day it was supposed to arrive! The manager doesn't respond at all!!!!
They also won't let me pick it up!!!

The operator also can't connect me to a manager!
Because of these delays, I can't register my car on time!
The order was placed a week ago!
A scam, and no one is held accountable!

I bought tires for my motorcycle. They shipped them quickly, but it seems like they only ship the worst quality tires. They've stopped communicating. I wouldn't buy such junk in a store. They're all crooked, askew, and screwed together.

A very pleasant experience. Thanks to manager Yulia Varganova for helping me through a difficult return situation. Everything was prompt, responsible, and caring.

I've been a regular customer of the Ufa branch of Mosavtoshin for three years now: I change my car to seasonal tires twice a year.
Last year, I bought winter tires. Manager Alexander helped me make the right choice.
He provided comprehensive and knowledgeable information about tires and wheels. This April, I also visited the tire service center, where specialist Idris provided prompt and efficient service and helpful advice on storing winter tires. As a military veteran, I express my sincere gratitude to these employees.

I wanted to buy 235/40 r18 Sailu tires; they were on sale, so I ordered four tires from a tire shop in Podolsk. Not only was delivery delayed by three days, but when I went to pick them up, I only had two.

I ordered wheels on the Mosvtoshina website – they arrived, checked them, and changed them right away, which is very convenient. For those who like to compare, check, calculate the price, and weigh the pros and cons, the prices are generally the same everywhere. You can choose a convenient time, which is very nice. The guys work quickly, and there's no need to stand around for long periods of time, so I'm especially grateful for that. Coffee lovers also have a corner of heaven. And the real ray of sunshine is the car wash right there – three in one, as they say. Fast, great, and hassle-free.

Sharazh-Montazh. For several days, they've been leading me on, telling me that the tires are being moved from the operational warehouse to a pickup point in Podolsk. I can't believe it! I can't believe that during the peak season, a self-respecting store's logistics are, to put it mildly, so poor. It feels like my tires are being rolled all the way to Podolsk by hand.

I ordered winter tires, they changed them for free, quickly and efficiently, I was satisfied

The worst company I've ever dealt with.
We worked with them for six months. I can't count the stress and money we wasted on them. Orders were delivered late. We waited for months. Every single order had either the wrong tires, dented rims, or something else. Their excuses were laughable. I highly recommend not buying anything from them. Better pay a little more and buy elsewhere.

I completely agree with all the negative reviews below. Everything was exactly the same.

I found a matching set of mixed-width tires here, in stock. They shipped quickly, the tires were new, and I checked the manufacturing date upon receipt.

I was there just today. I ordered tires earlier. They arrived in about 10 days. I managed to get a good deal, literally a week before the prices went up. Moreover, the price didn't change for me, it was fixed (on the day I placed my order). I also made an appointment for tire fitting there. It's a decent place, I expected worse. The employees weren't rude or obnoxious. The only thing I missed was this: "Here are your tires, let's inspect them before installing them." That is, more explanation and demonstration. I got all the information. Otherwise, the office is clean and relatively spacious. I was there on Monday before lunch, there was only one person in front of me, no line. And then, they took me in for tire fitting on the spot (15 minutes early), not by appointment... although they could have asked me to wait. There is a coffee corner in the office. I was with my child. There is no children's corner, but I don't claim there is, it's not Service center... I'm writing this just so you know. But I'll note that they didn't keep me waiting; everything was processed quickly. Tire fitting took about 20-25 minutes. I hope there won't be any problems with the tires or installation in the future.
