I wanted to buy 235/40 r18 Sailu tires; they were on sale, so I ordered four tires from a tire shop in Podolsk. Not only was delivery delayed by three days, but when I went to pick them up, I only had two.

They texted us that the order was ready, we arrived and waited over an hour, and were eventually told they couldn't find the tires and that they weren't there. Halfway back, the manager called again and said they had found the tires. They offered a ridiculous 500 ruble discount for the inconvenience. Upon arrival, they handed us dirty, wet tires, as if they'd been deliberately rolled in a puddle. It was a terrible experience. I don't recommend using this company.

I ordered wheels on the Mosvtoshina website – they arrived, checked them, and changed them right away, which is very convenient. For those who like to compare, check, calculate the price, and weigh the pros and cons, the prices are generally the same everywhere. You can choose a convenient time, which is very nice. The guys work quickly, and there's no need to stand around for long periods of time, so I'm especially grateful for that. Coffee lovers also have a corner of heaven. And the real ray of sunshine is the car wash right there – three in one, as they say. Fast, great, and hassle-free.

I was trying to buy a set of wheels. It said there were 5 in stock, but I placed an order the next day, and the manager said there were no wheels. A day later, I went to the website and saw 3 in stock, placed an order for 2 wheels, and was told there were no wheels. I wrote, "Well, maybe at least 1 is available," and was told there were none. A day later, the website said 2 wheels were in stock. I placed an order for 1 wheel, waited 2 days for a response, and ended up buying 1 wheel. Not all the wheels on the website were in stock, but the price was higher, supposedly with free delivery from Rostov.

Good warehouse, they work quickly, the prices are among the lowest.

The managers are rude, it's impossible to talk to them.
You place an order, they cancel it, you place another, they cancel it. Once the discount ends and you confirm with them in chat 10 times to deliver and not cancel the order, maybe they'll make it...

Since it's impossible to give a lower rating, I'm giving it one star. Pressure sensors were installed. There is no and will be no communication between the sensors and the car due to the lack of software. The price was 13,240 rubles.

Tire fitting for R18 wheels costs 3800 rubles. They're enticing me with a 40 percent discount, which ends up being even more expensive if you do it elsewhere.

I ordered tires online for 5,200? and made an appointment for tire fitting. When they arrived, they didn't have any tires, and they said come back in two days and the price was 6,200?. There were six of us there. It was a total rip-off.

Quite a large selection and the price is right. The staff was attentive and found me great winter tires. And the price was right! Thank you very much.

They're ripping me off with tire fitting costs. I bought wheels from this company and got a 40% discount on tire fitting. When I bought the wheels, they quoted me 1100 rubles for the fitting. I made an appointment. After the fitting, the price went up to around 2000 rubles. They also charged me separately, without any discount, for installing pressure sensors and sealant before mounting. At other companies, these services are always included in the tire fitting price, because without installing the sensors, tire fitting can't be done! Sealant is also always applied to the tires at all companies. This price didn't even include removing and installing the wheels on the car. All that was required was mounting the tires on new wheels and balancing them. I don't recommend this company! Otherwise, sign a contract before starting work to avoid surprises with work that's supposedly not included in the tire fitting!
