I have no questions about purchasing tires, nor any complaints about the employees at the store (in Noginsk). I have questions about scheduling a tire service appointment. I was given an extension number to schedule a tire service appointment, but I can't get through; no one answers. I called the main number and asked to be transferred to Noginsk, and they said, "We'll try now..." Music plays and the call keeps cutting out... Twice in a row with the same employee. A complete disaster!

Update regarding the review: They contacted me almost immediately after my review and resolved everything. I'm very pleased that they responded to my complaint so quickly, and with such high quality service!

There's a lot of chaos in the company. Delivery times are missed. It's a good thing the tires were new in the end...

Decent place. I ordered tires from St. Petersburg. They arrived within two days. I'm happy with the price and quality.

I already took 3 sets, I never had any questions about quality.
And the employees are sociable, they can easily recommend this or that rubber.

The responsible guys brought the tires in the evening, exactly when asked, after 17-30. The store was advised by a friend who had bought more than one set himself. Now I was convinced of the quality of the work myself.

Excellent store! The guys know their stuff, processed my order quickly, and explained all the pros and cons of the tires I bought from them (TracMax). The tire service is top-notch – fast, efficient, and high-quality. I'd especially like to mention the cleanliness of the store, especially the tire service area – it's rare to see that. Overall, I definitely recommend them and will be buying from them again!

It took a long time to get my tires to this branch. I ordered them on Wednesday, and they delivered them on Monday. The tire service itself is excellent, but they charge for every little thing: wheel cleaning (they wouldn't have done it if they hadn't asked), bags, etc. The prices are reasonable.

Convenient and high-quality. Cozier than the street, or, say, the Koleso.
