I changed my tires in the fall, looking for 205/55 R16s on my budget. In Arkhangelsk, the selection can be limited, especially if you need a specific size. I found what I needed at Mosavtoshina on Sovetskaya Street; they had several options at the same price. I bought a set, loaded them into the car, installed them, and have been driving for a season now, holding up well. I'll be switching back to summer tires in the spring.

My husband asked me to buy tires while he was at work, giving me the size and a rough budget. I'm completely clueless and was a little worried I'd get confused. I went to Mosavtoshina on Dubrovin Street, explained the situation, and they helped me find the right size without asking any questions. I paid, and they loaded the tires into the trunk. My husband arrived and said I'd chosen the right tires. The most important thing for me is that they didn't confuse me or push anything I shouldn't have.

I got a flat tire on the highway. I had a spare tire, but the rubber on it was completely bald.
I stopped at Mosavtoshina in Zheleznyaki, needing one tire urgently. They found the right size in stock, so I didn't have to search long. I bought one and installed it right away.
The price was reasonable, no rush charge. They helped me out at a crucial moment.

I bought tires and wheels from this store. The website is very user-friendly, and you can find them by size and car make, which is great. The prices are very reasonable, and they were also running a spring special. I reserved them through the website and went to get them installed. Everything was done efficiently, quickly, and legally, and the quality was excellent. I left satisfied!

Good car dealership, I was driving with competitor's tires and they suddenly wore out, so I decided to change them right away and it turned out they were working fine for a couple of months.

Good evening, I bought winter tires here and realized one thing: you simply can't find a better store than this one in terms of pricing, service, and product quality. I'm happy with my purchase, and I recommend this store to all my friends.

I bought summer tires. The price was relatively reasonable. The quality was good, and they even changed my tires here. Great service. I recommend them.

I bought a set of Doublestar DW16 235/65/18 106S tires for my Murano, and I'm happy with the purchase and service.
They grip the road perfectly, the car doesn't float around in corners, and the steering is crisp.

When choosing new tires, I checked out actual options; the consultant explained in detail the differences between brands and load types. I was able to see for myself that the tires would fit my car. Loading was smooth, the paperwork took minimal time, and the results were completely satisfactory.

The prices are reasonable, but there's a major drawback: it's impossible to assemble and balance the wheels in advance before pickup, as you have to pick them up within five days. You can't schedule a tire service appointment in advance, only upon delivery, and they only book appointments two weeks in advance. So, you have to pick up the wheels and tires separately, which is incredibly inconvenient. I won't be buying from them again in Dubai.

I ordered tires on November 16, 2025, and still haven't received them. They've delayed delivery three times, and instead of St. Petersburg, they shipped them from Ufa. Yusibova's manager, Narmin, and the claims department are ignoring my emails. I'm forced to take a taxi because I was expecting a specific delivery time when I ordered the tires, and I still can't drive my car. I didn't expect such negligent treatment. This was my third time buying tires here, but this was definitely my last. I'm asking management to respond to my complaint and compensate me for 10% of the order amount.

Terrible service. I bought expensive R21 tires for 106,600 rubles. I took advantage of the free tire installation promotion. I've never encountered such a terrible tire shop. In order: 1. After removing my summer tires, the employee immediately approached me and said, "Look, your tread is running low! How long have you driven on them?!" He said he knew the condition and what the problem was. I suspect they were foolish enough to trick me into refusing to pick up the tires so they could sell them on Avito since they still had tread. Used Continental tires cost around 10,000 rubles.
2. All the wheels are crooked and need to be straightened. They determined this by eye on a balancing machine, not the one that uses a centering needle. Then I discovered that 1 out of 4 wheels were crooked by pressing a tire iron against the rotating wheel. I asked how much it would take to straighten one wheel. Silence... I ask another question.... Without waiting for an answer, I say I saw the price list at the entrance: 5,800 rubles for a wheel alignment. He shakes his head, "Yes." So, we were planning to take him in for a wheel alignment for 4 wheels for 22,400 rubles.))) He refused. 3. Do you need to lubricate the wheel mounts with copper grease? I ask, "Why isn't that included in the tire fitting?" It's not. Which costs 8,100 rubles according to the price list! He also refused.
4. The weight on two wheels with the loads reached 70 grams. I ask them to rotate the tire to reduce the weight of the loads. They refused, citing that it's an extra charge. Work and this weight are normal.))) 5. I asked them not to tighten the wheels with a screwdriver, but to tighten them with a torque wrench at 120 Nm. They did a good job, but another mechanic started installing the last wheel with a pneumatic gun. We stopped him immediately, but he started getting nervous that I shouldn't teach him how to tighten his nuts, trying to demonstrate how easy it would be to unscrew, but it was a pain)))
6. They inflated the tires to 2.4 atm. I asked why no one asked me how much pressure was needed. The correct pressure is 2.1 atm. They double-checked the door plate and adjusted it to 2.1 atm. People drive away with the wrong pressure all the time. Free tire fitting as part of the promotion doesn't mean you have to do a sloppy job and charge extra work. Overall, this is my last time buying tires from you, and I definitely won't recommend you. I have no issues with the tires, only with the tire service. I don't need that kind of tire service on sale. I'll have to pay and get it redone elsewhere.

Great job, they did a great job. The order arrived in a couple of days, and the tires are excellent. I'll be using them again.
