Fast and convenient, but not very comfortable. I'm a regular customer; I've bought three sets of tires from them, and the price is fine, plus I've been storing the tires for two years now. It's easy to book an appointment online, and the guys are fast at the tire shop. There's Wi-Fi in the waiting area. It's convenient to store tires; you don't have to lug them around. I paid 6,800 rubles for a year of storage, which is perfectly fine for me. The only downside is the waiting area; it could be more comfortable!

Everything was well organized. Fast and high-quality. The road around here is terrible—you could end up without wheels right away.

A good store, everything is fast and clear, there is a tire service, you can pay by card

Everything is fine, the only downside is that it's not high enough to fit if you have a canopy or awning for a vehicle up to 3.5 tons, but otherwise, we quickly changed the tires.

Fast. Convenient. Wide selection. Reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the GPS led me to a backyard, so there's no way to get to the tire shop, and lugging tires 100 meters is a real pain.

Everything is good: the location, the opening hours, and they have tire service. The downside, in my opinion, is that the service isn't very fast; you have to wait for a receipt, some kind of confirmation, or a spot at the tire shop. Overall, a solid 4.

Polite and helpful people
They got the tires fitted quickly
But the order took a long time to complete
I paid, and it took a week for the tires to arrive

Everything was fast. The sale. The pickup. And the tire fitting. We just sold tires made exactly two years ago!

Not bad, especially the selection. Not only is it extensive online, but they also have it in stock. Many stores only have a picture on their website. This one was perfect. The ordering service is excellent: they accepted it, processed it, and kept us updated on the order's progress via email. Manager Anton Kornilov was responsible for keeping us informed. It was ready for pickup right on time. Our tires were on sale, so we chose a tire shop, and we had no complaints there either. Thank you.
The on-site organization was a bit of a letdown. We arrived, and the store was large, with plenty of space and sanitary requirements. We paid and were sent on our way: go to the right, that's where the tires are, give us the invoice... We walked around the entire building, couldn't find it, and had to seek help from the staff. The warehouse turned out to be in the wrong place; there was no sign. But that's not even the point; in this day and age of global networks, running around with papers all over the place is not entirely clear. Otherwise, the standard is good; they should keep it up.
The access road to the place is good, the grounds are closed, there's parking, but the potholes in the grounds need to be filled in. But maybe that's not a question for the store; there's also something like a business center there. Overall, it's very good. We were satisfied.

Cheaper than other stores, but maybe that was just my luck... Delivery from Moscow takes a long time, and no one cares about the delivery time, but they finally delivered. The tire service was quick, and unlike the girls at the store, the guy who did the service was much more positive.

The online order was processed quickly, and the prices were in the mid-price range, even slightly lower. However, they weren't able to provide a certificate for all the items they were supposed to.

Tires are inexpensive. Tire service is fast...but the prices are outrageous. 320 rubles for removal is 17 rubles - very expensive.

I came here with a friend I was helping buy tires for. They have a large selection of tires, reasonable prices, fairly fast service, accept card payments, fairly quick tire pickup, and a convenient loading ramp. The downside is that it might be hard to find for some. And the tires they give you are dirty and not in good condition. They do have bags, though.

In person, everything was much better, even excellent. I asked to inspect the tires before paying, and they did, showed me, and explained everything. They changed the tires very quickly, bagged the summer tires, and stowed them in the car—everything was perfect. But over the phone, I was completely speechless and lacked communication skills.

Low prices, high-quality work, and fast service. The downside is that the company is closed on weekends, so it's best to order early in the week.

I ordered oil. It arrived fairly quickly, and the prices were reasonable. However, the managers were slow; they didn't call me back until the next day.
