A decent store, they always give advice, help with the choice, I shop regularly and am happy with everything

I bought four Carwel Ket 277 6.5x18 wheels from Mosavtoshina. After installation and balancing, there was no runout, and everything was stable at speed. The paint is even and looks more expensive than it is. I was especially pleased that the salesperson helped me check the PCD and offset before shipping. I've had no issues with the wheels after a season of use: they haven't faded or discolored.

As a young woman, choosing tires on my own was difficult, so I went with a consultant. I was very pleased that he took all my wishes into account, didn't try to sell me too high or rip me off, but simply found the right option. The store delivered in two days, and we agreed on a time, which was very convenient. The tires are excellent quality. My dad looked at them and said, "Well done, I made a great choice." Thank you so much!

What I liked most about this place is that they took everything into account, from the website to the delivery process. I hadn't tried ordering tires yet, but I've tried ordering car parts before. I was apprehensive because I usually inspected the tires before buying. The price was a good deal, so I placed my order—it was simple and convenient. They delivered the tires on time, and I checked the quality right away—everything was perfect. I'm very impressed with all the staff—the manager was polite, and the delivery was punctual!

I would like to thank receptionist Anastasia for her expert advice.

In August, I ordered a set of wheels online. I waited for a response, but received no response. A week later, I called back, they sent me an invoice, and I paid. I picked it up from Delovaya Liniya in early September. When I inspected the wheels visually, everything was fine, the wheels were undamaged, and the packaging markings were correct. When installing it on the car, it turned out that 2 of the 4 wheels arrived with the wrong bolt pattern, or maybe they were just defective, I don’t know. The most interesting thing began later, I called Mosavtoshina at the number listed on the website, voiced the problem, to which the operator immediately answered that it was my fault that needed to be checked, but how if everything was fine visually and by the markings is not clear ... She redirected me to the manager who handled the order, but it is impossible to reach him, the additional number does not work .. I had to write an email, she answered on the 3rd day, said that this is not her area of ????responsibility and redirected to the claims department, the guys there are also very unhurried and unreliable, apparently, in the end, I sent 2 wheels back, as they said and that's it, complete silence, 2 weeks have passed .. and a month from the moment the wheels were shipped to me .. I call them, they answer in a formulaic way, if you start asking uncomfortable questions, they just hang up or redirect to the same claims department, They don't answer the phone or reply to emails. I needed to go on a business trip by car, and it was parked without wheels. Thanks, Mosavtoshina, I saved on gas. Basically, no one cares, you paid the money and you're no longer interesting.
